Electronic: From Kraftwerk to The Chemical Brothers

The Design Museum, Kensington

Friday 31 July - Sunday 14 February

electronic music, exhibitions

224-238 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W8 6AG, UK

£14.50 - £16.30

Due to a poorly timed pre-covid break from such activities, the last time we found ourselves at 5am bobbing to nondescript yet utterly bewitching techno was NYE at The Cause. That is a very long time ago.

Alas this exhibition doesn't quite provoke the same feeling, more one of nostalgia. But it is a fascinating dive into dance music culture with feel-good sound and strobe light installations to boot. And perhaps most importantly serves as a reminder of the great unifying force that is dance music that we must do all we can to protect and revive.

For covid reasons, you'll need to bring your own wired headphones.
